HOW TO USE IT
For maximum hold, prep eyelids with powder to absorb excess oils before use. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds, then apply an even line as thick as the lash band, working from the inner corner out. Wait 45 seconds, then apply a second coat allowing 30 seconds to dry before adhering your favorite Static Lash. Do not use this liner on your waterline or lower lash line.
